Projecting data a future?

Leroy-P

I am charting a Project's cash folw, over a 12 month period, how does one
plot cells where there are blanks or 0 values or cells with formulas. My
data fall's to the base 0 line when there are no data in the cells. I would
prefer the ploted range Chart line stop, in mid air, in the actual sheet

XP, 2003 office.

Hi,

Empty cells should be ok. But for those containing formula use the
function NA() instead of 0's.

Leroy -

Use NA() in place of "" as well, because "" isn't blank, it's a text value, which
Excel plots as zero.
