projecting statements

Hi i was wondering if their was i could create a quote like document. my
system works my collecting information from users and at the end i want
to like project a sheet which uses the details they have input. The
sheet could be a normal excel sheet only it needs to be in the form of
a word document say with no cells and just a table of information. just
like a quote
