I have a presentation that I need to play on a laptop that is setup for dual
monitors and will be connected to a project. This has worked for me for a
few years ... no problem.
Now ... for some reason, it's not behaving properly. I'm not sure if the
problem is with the show setup (without Powerpoint) or if it's with the
projector. When I tried this (last night) I had no control over the
powerpoint presentation ... it displayed on the screen, but I couldn't
advance the slides ... no matter what. It was really frustrating. The show
date for this presentation (at a church) is Sunday night and I really need
this to work. I'll only get another chance to try and get it configured on
Sunday afternoon ... then the next night is show-time (Nove. 21 -05).
Any ideas on what is "setup wrong". Something has changed and I don't know
how to fix it.
Please and thanks for any suggestions.
Note ... I don't have full access to this laptop ... belongs to someone
else. If there's a test that can be done ... when it's not connected to the
projector ... that might let me know if it's working ok, I can ask the owner
(of the laptop) to try a few things. Tahnks..
