Hi,
In Project Server 2007, after creating a project using PSI and calling
ReadProject, the ProjectResourceCustomFields table stays empty even
though resources that have custom fields defined and set for them
appear in the ProjectResources table.
To workaround this issue, I tried to manually add these custom fields,
but I'm getting a ResourceCannotUpdateEnterpriseResource error when
running QueueUpdateProject.
when I create the project team with RES_IS_ENTERPRISE_RESOURCE=false
the workaround works and the ProjectResourceCustomFields table stays
populated. unfortunately this is not an acceptable solution for our
purposes. I have also noticed that if I load this project using
Project Professional Client and Save it, the fields gets populated
correctly. Again, this is not an acceptable solution for our case.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Tomer
