Projects don't apper in OLAPCube

When our custom cube is built only a small number Projects (or resources)
appear when dragging the fields from the field list to the left hand pivot
column (we'd expect all of them to appear) when creating portfolio analyser
views.

All of them are listed in the projects/resources dropdown lists of available
projects/resources and all are ticked.

The date range used for the cube generartion would also lead us to believe
that all projects would be showing in a PA view.

Can anyone suggest a resolution please

Do you have your RBS set up? Are all your projects
published?

Kevin,

All the projects are published, but we don't have the RBS set up yet. I
didn't think that was significant when it came to the OLAP if I were logging
in as an Administrator ? Although it might explain a few things if that
were the case.

The RBS allows you to view which resources report to whom
on the reports. So if you put in a VP level field, it
will then brek out all the resources on each level below
that VP. If the RBS is not set up I believe all the
resources will show up under No Value.

Thanks for the response, but the project names just do not appear apart from
a few... there's nothing under No Value...

Have you any other suggestions...?
