Projects in Project Server & Portfolio Server

Hi:

Do you know how I can see the project in Portfolio Server immediately after I created it in Project Server? I have a organisation structure in Portfolio server, how do I link the project to a certain level of the Org Chart, say a branch called 'Sydney'? Can I do this in Project Server?
