Projects not in sync when log in as a different user

Hi
I am new to Project and I am having problems updating tasks as
different users. I mark a task as complete when I log in as
administrator and publish the tasks but the changes are not there when
I log in as the user. Can anyone explain? Thanks

If you are entering those actuals in the Microsoft Project plan, then you
need to do the following to "push" those actuals to each user's timesheet in
PWA:

1. Click Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments
2. Select the "Overwrite actual work entered by resources" option
3. Click OK
