ProjectServer 2003 and WSS Problems

I cannot seem to change the SharePoint site URL within Project Web Access.

When I click on Edit Site Address (from Manage Windows SharePoint Services)
and attempt to enter a new address, I get the following error:
"The Web site does not exist or is not configured for Project Server. Enter
a Web site that has been extended with a Project Server compatible
template."

When I check the "Site Provisioning Settings" I see that Site Template
selected is Project Workspace.

So, everything seems set up correctly.

Any thoughts?
