I've had pretty good success with the Edit Site tool. We run several
production sites on a single server that I set up using this tool. It's
documented in the Microsoft Project Server 2003 Installation Guide. Follow
the instructions for adding a new site. Download from

dYes. Although you raise a good question. I do recall that when I first set
up multiple sites, I had a problem with getting the new sites to use their
own public documents URL. I believe I resolved the problem by making sure the
Server Extranet address was correct for the new site. Check your setting for
the new site in PWA -> Admin -> Server configuration -> Server extranet
address. It's important to setup the extranet address even if you don't
really use an extranet that is different from your intranet address. Anyway,
I have 6 different sites in production now and they all have their own unique
public documents URLs.

Hi,
I figured out that ensuring that the Extranet tick box is ticked in the
"Window SharePoint Services information" solves this problem
