ProjectServer with Exchange 2003

Dear All,

I have one server level machine and i have been given a job to install
ProjectServer and Exchange 2003 on a single machine.

My questions are:
a) Is there any step by step guide to achieve this?
b) Are there any issues with this type of installation?

We are expecting around 3 Project Managers and 45 Team Members into the PS.
Users login will be created in exchange and same will be used to connect to
PS.
