ProjRenamer Authentication Problems

Sorry, I posted this in microsoft.public.project before I saw this board.

I am having problems using the Rename Project utility. We installed Project
Server 2003 on one server and SQL Server on another server. I installed the
PDS extension on the server that Project Server 2003 is installed on and then
ran ProjRenamer.exe. I click Login and I am unable to log on using the
Project Administrator account. I am sure that I have the correct username
and password because I can login to PWA.

Do I have to install the PDS extension on the SQL server? Any help would be
appreciated.
