ProjTool Test application

I am not sure if I need to post this here or in the project server group so I
will put it in both.

I am trying to get the projTool to run. I have followed the direction that
are in “Using the ProjTool Test applicationâ€. As result it did compile;
however, when I try and run it I get the following error at the bottom of the
Projtool main window:

ReadProjectsList call failed. Error message: Client found response content
type of 'text/html; charset=utf-8', but expected 'text/xml'.
The request failed with the error message:


Anyone have an idea what the problem is?

I have seen this also this worked for me.
updating the WEB Services Refences and appending "?wsdl" to the web refence
URLs.

Ray, thanks for the response.

I added "?wsdl" to the end of each web service recompiled it and receiced
the same error.

anyother thoughts?
