Promises vs Reality-Outlook BCM & Project

I have read considerable info regarding Outlook and Project 2003 integration
and would appreciate feedback from the experts prior to investing the time
and dollars my hopes represent.

I am a contractor and would like to see if my understanding of the power of
these two programs has the capability to do what I think they are saying it
does.

This is what I need to happen.

Identify a company and profile that company.

Under this company, many employees would be identified along with pertinent
info on the individual. If the company moves, I only have to change the
company address, number, fax, etc once and all related employee fields are
updated.

Identify a project.

This project may have many of the companies above involved. If I need to
send a message regarding the project, the individuals from the company
associated with the project must get the message via fax or e-mail.

This data/message should be stored associated with the project along with
any attachment and receipt confirmation.

During the course of the project, considerable corrospondence is generated.
I need to create a unique transmittal after contract award with each
corrospondence and this transmittal tagged in succession regarding this
project and a link to the attached file sent created.

Upwards of 50 projects will be going on consecutivly.

Initially, this data is kept on a single PC. Enterprise implementation will
come after I get it working on an individual basis.

Feedback is greatly appreciated.
