Promote Properties from InfoPath greyed out

Anyone have a resolution to this? I have set up an InfoPath 2007
template which e-mails upon submission. I can create the InfoPath
Outlook folder as Microsoft documents in the receiving Outlook mailbox,
but when I try to promote the properties they are greyed out.
