promoted field not being updated for infopath form containing managed code

Hi, there,

I encounter this problem.
A infopath form containing managed code, with a few promoted fields,
and was publish to a sharepoint library.
But when I added a new promoted field, and republish it, the new field
doesn't show in the library.
Tried many times, still stuck there.

from central admin, applications, manage form templates, deactivate
the form template and re-active it again.

It should work.

I can validate this approach as it has worked for me. May be worth a bug
report to MS.
