Hi All,
I gotthis request from one of my user and i am new with Access 2007. I got a
database of claim. User is to enter each claim into the database. The claim
can be in different currency. The user will provide the currency, claimed
Anount and exchange rate.
The request:
When the user want to genarate the report, the system will prompt the user
to enter each individual exchange rate for today and the system will use the
exchange rate for today to genrate the report than using the exchange rate
when enter the claim. For example:
In the database there are the following records:
Exchange rate Currency ClaimAmount
0.5 SGD $4000
0.015 JPY $80000
1.34 EUR $200
The system will prompt me to enter the exchange rate for SGD, JPY and EUR
only.
