Prompt for user initial at startup of Office app

I have install office 2003 pro on a terminal server. All of the office apps
prompt for the user initials when any document is opened. How can this be
turned off? Normally this only occurs the first time Excel or Word etc is
used. Is there any thing I can do??

It could be this key in the Registry is a little too locked down:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0

User Info is stored in the Registry and if users are unable to update
the information upon closing the application then the prompt will
appear each time the application starts.

Thanks for the response. I gave the user full control of the reg key but it
didn't help. I have removed the TermSvc GP that was created &mandatory
profile but no fix. The only way I can stop the prompt is to make TS users
administrators. I am trying to review local policy on the Server to see if I
can see something.
thanks again
