Prompt for username and password after logging into Outlook.

We are trying to configure a new user on Outlook and every
time she logs into Outlook she recieves a prompt that
says "Please enter your username and password for the
following server". It then gives the correct server and
username as well as the password. Is there any way to stop
this from happening? If anyone has any ideas then please
let me know. The thing is that she can see and get email
and but continues to get this prompt

I have seen this myself but it has been awhile. Check in Internet Explorer
under Tools/Options and then the Connections Tab. Make sure it is set to
"Never Dial a Connection". That is, of course, if you are on a LAN or are
connected continually to the Internet. If that doesn't work, hopefully
someone else will have the answer.
