Prompt Once For Password?

On one PC, there are two user accounts, default user account for staff, the other user account for their Manager. To access the Manager’s account, they do not switch the users (and they don't want to), he clicks on his user account and is prompted for a password.

This works well, however when he sends/receives is asked for his password again and wants to only type the password in once.

Is this possible, or is the double password prompt something that he will have to accept?
