Prompt to file outgoing messages in a separate folder.

I would like to file outgoing messages in folders setup for specific
projects. At the same time, any outgoing messages that do not have a
particular need for grouping are to be filed in the general sent messages
folder.

Is there a way to create a prompt upon sending to indicate which folder the
message is to be filed?
