Prompt to save Normal.dot template whnever I exit

Whenever I exit Word 2003 or Outlook 2003, I am propted to save the global
template Normal.dot. This causes the Normal.dot file to grow by 25-75 KB
each time. I'm currently over 600KB! I scanned it with Norton Antivirus
2005 (Up-to-date definitions), removed auto-macros and .com add-ins, but the
problem persists. The startup folders are empty.

Yeah, I read that KB article. That's why I indicated that my virus software
did not alert on the file and I had removed all macros and add-ins. Have any
other suggestions?

Solved it. It was the redaction toolbar. This is not specified as a
possible culprit in KB291352. It doesn't appear in a startup folder, and
it's not a macro. But after I deleted it, and cleaned up my toolbars and
shortcut menues as taught in

the problem was solved.
