Hi all,
I am interested in finding out whether or not it is possible to stor
emails based on a job name or number. ideally users would be promte
before an email is sent (i.e. when they press send) to enter a job nam
or number and this email and its attachments are stored in a folder o
the hard drive with the same jab name/number. Perhaps when an email i
recieved, upon opening the email, users could be promted to do the same
This would keep a record of incoming and outgoing emails and attachment
categorised by their respective job.
Any insight greatly appreciated
