Prompt User for what record they want to print

Base your report on a query. In the the reports criteria
for the record id put [Enter record ID]. The user will be
prompted for the record id

Sorry, but I don't understand.

I don't have any queries - I just have this one report.

I have a report that I have completed, but I would like
it to prompt the user asking them which record they want
to print. I have a field that is unique in the database
the increments for every new record.

So if the report asking them which record they want to
print and they say record 5 that is the one I would like
it to print.

Can this be done, if so how?

I have not really used access that much.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Reports can be based off tables or queries. Your probably
are basing the report off a table. Create a query off that
table. Change the report source to the query just created.
Enter the criteria mentioned before in the query.
