Prompt User for what record they want to print

You need to do this from a form. Create a form with a
drop down box, and then generate the report on the value
of this box. You need to keep the form open for report to
run so, make the form invisible until you close the
report. At that time, you can either close the form as
well or make it visible again to either run another
report or close yourself.

Thanks JSR, but they will not work for me. I need the
database to prompt the user for what record they want to
print.
