prompted for credentials when starting outlook...

Hi, I have a single computer on our Network that persistently prompts for user name, password and Domain name when starting Outlook (XP). I enter my credentials but authentication fails and Outlook eventually exits. I don't believe it's a perimissions issue because I am logged in with an account that has administrative privileges and a valid Exchange mailbox. I also logged in with a test account that has limited privileges but get the same behavior. The Exchange Server and mailbox name resolve correctly in the Outlook client configuration in all cases.
Any ideas??
