Prompted for logon

I have a user with Team Member rights on PWA that is continually prompted for
her Windows logon information when accessing PWA even though it is set up to
use her windows credentials when logging on. I made sure that she was logged
on to the PC as herself. She can cancel out of the logon dialog box several
times and the page will load but if she tries going to a different page
(tasks, issues, etc) she is prompted again.....she is the only user having
this issue....any ideas?

Can she log on any other machine and does it work?
Can you log on her machine and does it work.

Things to check:

-Cold boot her PC
-Lower Security settings on Internet Explorer
-Clear IE cache (and reduce chche size to 10M)
-Put your server in "Trusted Sites" in IE
-delete ActiveX controls and reload them
-Is there a Firewall on the PC? Turn it off and see if that works
-Uninstall any Google or Yahoo (or other) popup blockers.
-MDAC problem - old version, download new version
-Her Windows Profile is corrupt, delete and rebuild it

After trying all this and it still doesn't work, please re-post...

We saw this behavior in 2 circumstances recently. The first was that a user
had the IE Discussions button on the toolbar selected. This seems to create
some conflict which then prompted for a login. The second was a user that
had an AOL toolbar installed. In both cases when we removed the offending
item, the user was no longer prompted to log in.
