Promted to Save changes twice - both in English and Norwegian

I have a Norwegian version of Outlook 2003. When closing a mail that has been
changed, I am first asked "do you want to save changes". After having
selected "no", I am asked the same question in Norwegian "vil du lagre
endringer".

I am using Microsoft Exhange. Some incoming mails with the Norwegian letters
æ, ø and å comes out with white square boxes instead of the Norwegian
letters. May this be a part of the same problem?

The problem occurs on two computers, one with XP and one with Vista. I am
running two add-ins to Outlook: SMS for Outlook (by Systor/Telenor) and
Attachment Save (by Sperry Software)
