Proofing-en-us Proof fr/proof.cab in Office 2007

I have a notebook and a desktop. With a purchased 2007 Microsoft Office, I
had no problem installing the software in my notebook with Windows Vista.
This was a little over a year ago.

Today, I purchased a new Desktop computer with Windows Vista and
attempted to install the same 2007 Microsoft Office software in my new
Desktop. But I ran into this problem:

"Setup cannot find proofing-en-us proof fr/proof.cab." I need help to
get office into my new PC desktop.
