Proofing file for Outlook 2000 "msgr2GE.dll"

I cannot find anywhere anymore for the old Outlook 2000 the file
"msgr2GE.dll".

I have all the other files for proofing in German but by mistake deleted
some time ago that particular file.

I have looked for days in Google, E-bay, newsgroups.

I just cannot find this file anywhere anymore. Does someone have it and can
send it?

My proofing in German works otherwise, it is just annoying, that at the very
beginning it always looks for that file, yet thereafter all works fine.

I even looked in the Registry to see where this request for msgr2GE.dll
comes from, but cannot find anything there.
