proofing for arabic

hi everyone
i have office 2003
the grammer check for arabic is not working.
i installed office 2003 SP2 and the problem still found .
when i write arabic then press F7 to check spelling and grammer i receive
the following error : ( can not find profing tools for arabic , if you have
the proofing tools try installing and reinstalling them . contact your
administrator to abtainoffice proofing tools for more infomation see the
microsoft , office site )
how can i solve this problem .
