I just installed Office Pro 2003. I also have a cd with the service pack 2
for updating. The cd does not run automatically when inserted so one has to
browse for the sp2 file to run and there are 2. The first one is
office2003sp2.exe which I did run to install. I also then did office updates
to get me up to date. The question I have is for the 2nd file named
PTK2003SP2. The brief literature on the cd says it is for proofing tools.
Through research on the office web I see that I do have some proofing tools
that installed with office, but I did not install any extra proofing tool
package. Therefore, is it necessary to run the 2nd sp2 update for proofing
tools?
