Proofing Tools 2003

I use the German dictionary of ProofingTools 2003. Given the new German
spelling rules, how do I know I have the most recent version of the Proofing
Tools 2003

There is an update available for the August implemented reform rules that will apply to the Office 2003 Proofing Tools Kit.
