I purchased Proofing Tools XP believe that it was for Windows XP. Wrong. I
had Office 2000 and there was no possible way the 2 versions would ever talk
to each other. I then contacted the MS store and asked if Office 2003 was, in
fact, an updated version of XP. The young man said yes. So, I waited until my
school put 2003 on my computer during the summer so I could put the Proofing
Tools XP on it. Well, the PT wouldn't load on it either!!!. Now I have an $84
program that won't load on either version of Office and it is months after I
bought it, but never used it. How can I trade it in for PT 2003 without
having to pay $35 for customer service in addition to all the hassel I have
been through???? I am NOT a happy camper! Do not send me a simple web address
that sends me to customer service and tells me to pay $$ to get help. That is
not why I went to all the trouble to get on this community!
