propagating drop down with reference to other cells

I am looking to build a drop down list of clients that
when selected will propagate another cell with the
client's contact info, I was thinking of building a
separate table with client name and contact info but not
quite sure how to get it all together.

I think you have the basis of a solution. Check out VLOOKUP in help, that
should get you the rest of the way.
