proper casing mail merge

Hi All,

I have a mail merge document where all the information is in ALL CAPS. Is
there a quick way to turn into Proper casing?

Select the whole text, Format, Change Case, you will now have various options
to choose from.
Also, note that Shft+F3 toggles between no caps, Initial caps, and all caps.

In my experience, the options among which Shift+F3 cycles vary depending on
the case of the selection.

Hi Suzanne, very true as to what the start case is, but I have noticed that
Shft+F3 does follow the sequence of No Cap, Title Case, All Cap, No Cap, ...
ad nauseum ;-)
Also I have noticed that if, say, you have the cells in a table row selected
and one of those cells has more that one word in it; Shft+F3 only Title Cases
the first word.

Do you have the option to "Capitalize first letter in table cell"
selected?

This may have changed, but I had previously gotten the impression that
Shift+F3 cycled through only three of the five options, which three
depending on the original case. I'll have to experiment with this some more.

Peter, no I don't have this option in Autocorrect checked. That is fine, as I
am usually correcting existing work done by someone else, i.e. All Caps down
to Title Case, so auto correct wont work anyway

Suzanne, I just noted the behaviour with multiple words, thankfully these
occasions are not frequent.

It seems like it won't do Sentence Case under any circumstances if you
haven't selected a passage ending with a sentence punctuation and
containing no sentence punctuation within it.
