Greetings,
I pretty new to Infopath. I've inherited a number of forms I need to
manage as a small part of my new job. I'm not an XML programmer but I
do need to grow my Infopath skills.
We are running Infopath (IP) SP1 on WinXP SP2. All of our file based
hyperlinks are broken in our infopath forms we assume due to SP2. The
format we usually use in the Address field when creating a hyperlink is
UNC path. Example: We type \\servername\share in the Address field of
the Hyperlink Editor then OK. If we edit the link, IP has formatted the
address as file:\\servername\share.
Is this the proper format? If so then anyone know what we need to do to
get them working again. UNC links in the same format work from all
other apps and the OS.. just not IP. I've looked into IE security
settings per other threads on this list to no avail. Is it an issue
with trusted forms that I've also seen on this list (but don't really
understand yet)?
Thanks for any insight.
