Proper Names pop up while typing

Using Word 2004, as I type a name, a little yellow box will appear with the full name, as if guessing that this is what I want to type. If I pause and hit return, the whole name is typed in. Aside from guessing wrong and being visually distrcting, how do I turn off this annoying "feature?"

Do these names happen to be the names of people in your Entourage contacts
list? If so you may prefer to go to Tools> AutoCorrect> AutoText & put a
check in the box for Exclude Contacts rather than disabling AutoComplete
altogether.
