Proper setup Outlook/Office 2007

I posted last night in two other threads concerning "memory" erros that I was
getting when trying to open Outlook, or any other Office app like Word or
Excel.

I read somewhere that Acrobat Pro Addins could be conflicting so I
uninstalled the plugins running the Adobe installer. The apps still wouldn't
run, so I uninstalled ALL Office apps. I imagine since I tried uninstalling
the JUST TechRefresh that was one of the reasons I couldn't get Office to
run.

Now that I've reinstalled the Office apps, Outlook and everything runs just
as it did before. Now my questions are:

Am I safe to apply the TechRefresh?
Can I then load the Adobe Acrobat Plugins on top of the Tech Refresh?
Was my problem possible that I had Adobe Plugins installed (but not working)
before the TR and then they just caused the errors once TR was updated?

Answers to any of these questions would be GREATLY appreicated.

Sure, go ahead with the Tech Refresh, but keep the Adobe plugins FAR
away from Office 2007. The Adobe Outlook plugin crashes Outlook 2007 all
the time while the Adobe Office plugins just don't work in 2007.
Btw, tech refresh alone cannot be uninstalled.
I don't know if the plugins were the reason for the error message.
