Properties in a document as an email attachment

I want to send a document created in Word as an email attachment and would
like to know how to prevent any aspect of the Properties (See File drop down
menu) from being sent with the email.

You need to run it through a tool to remove all the Meta Data. You can
download this (for 2003) from the Microsoft Office Support site.

There are also versions for other version of Word too.
