Properties in My Computer

I am trying to access properties in my computer but when i
do so i get a warning that i do not have appropriate
permission to do so, can anyone help please.

I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to whatever version of
Windows you're using. They start microsoft.public.win2000,
microsoft.public.win95, microsoft.public.win98, microsoft.public.windowsme,
microsoft.public.windowsnt or microsoft.public.windowsxp
