"Property name was not recognized" on export to excel

One of my users received "Property name was not recognized, command time out"
message from Excel after pressing "Export to Excel" button to export an OWC
11 pivot table results. Other users don't have this problem, even though they
would export the identical pivot table.

Can someone provide any clue for me to figure out the problem?

service packs are up to date and all patches are installed on the user
