property promotion do not update

hi,

i have a form with vsta code behind.
i published the form through central administration and it works fine.
i need to update the settings of "property promotion". i would like to
promote one more field. actually there are 3 field which are promoted.

after i upload my form (update existing contenttype) i could not see any
changes.
all new formlibs do not contain the new field.
if i publish the form with a diferent name - create new contenttype all
properties are listed. how can i update existing contenttype?
