PROPLUS.msi for Frontpage 2003 upgrade?

I am trying to complete the upgrade to 2003, as well as installing any
service pack 3 updates. Apparently the CD I have does not contain the
PROPLUS.msi file necessary to install service pack 3. Can it be located
anywhere other than on the Office + Frontpage disc (which I do not have)?
