Propogate permissons to child objects in an Outlook Mailbox

Does anyone know of a good 3rd party tool for propogating permissons to child
objects in an Outlook Mailbox?

I have a user here who has changed their name and now can't access the 100
or so folders in their Email Archive!

I've setup permisosns on the parent folder, but all the child folders still
have the old permissons
