Proposal Templates for Creative Industry

[just a quick question]

Hello,
I need to find a creative user-friendly proposal template. Not the usual
standard looking format, as we are in the cretive industry. One that is
stylized, but easily manipulated. I need one where not only background
graphics can be easily changed, but images within text boxes as well, in
addition to text. We've tried Power Point, but it hasn't worked out the way
we want to. We also need to resize the overall format from 8 1/2 x 11 to
perhaps 5 x 7 and print on index type stockcards. Thanks!
