Proposals and Activities

It would seem that activities and proposals can have a list of tasks and / or
an assoicated resource plan. It would also seem that you have the choice of
which one of these is used to to "calculate resource utilization from".

What are the steps and/ or prerequisites to viewing the resource utilization
data generated from these?

Navigate to the Resource Center page, select the resources whose utilization
you wish to see, and then click the View Availability button. Hope this
helps.
