for. Where can I find a good template or wizard to help

You don't mention your version of Word!
In Word Xp:
File>New
'General Templates' in the Right-Hand Panel
'Other Documents' Tab
There are four Resume Templates:
Contemporary Resume
Elegant Resume
Professional Resume AND
Resume Wizard.
