Proposd Bookings Still Here...

Good morning,
I'm using MsP2003 SP3 with Project Server 2003.

I already read some articles about this but none gives a definitive answer
to this question.

I have a project with all bookings "proposed", I published the whole
project, build a OLAP cube but these assignments keep on showing up on the
"View Resource Assignments" tool of Project Web Access.

How do I remove them (obviously, without deleting the assignments or project)?

In 2007, you toggle the Proposed On/Off within the PWA view. I think it
was the same in 2003, but can't remember the exact mechanics. Check the
view settings on the view in question.

Well,
Ended up adding the "booking type" field to the used "view resource
assignments" view and added a filter so that only the entrys with "committed"
in that field are shown.

A pretty dull way to do it, but it works.

Any other ideas?

Hi!

I don't know if you ever got an answer to your question. My understanding
is that even though the booking type is changed to Proposed, they will always
remain visible in the View Resource Assignments. I had wondered that myself
and read in a recent post that they don't go away from View Resource
Assignments... only from the resource's timesheet. I am looking for the
article where I read this and will post it as soon as I find it
