Propose New Time (Outlook 2002)

In a meeting request, if a user selects the Propose New
Time button, the user can propose the new time and send
it back to the meeting organizer. The meeting organizer
then goes into the meeting, changes the time and saves
it. The times have changed in the meeting details, but
not visually on the calendar itself. Does anyone know of
a fix for this?
