Proposed booking type

I have a project that we need to remove from everyone's time sheet.
So I have changed the booking type from committed to Proposed, then
republished the schedule. For some reason, this did not remove the
assignments.

I followed these same steps on a different project, with success.

Any ideas?

Hi JB,
Try reducing the remaining work to zero & ensuring the % Complete is 100%.
If you use managed timesheets, the first time you publish, don't synch to
timesheets. Once you've pushed the zero remaining work out to timesheets, you
can synch.

Is the project in question an Administrative project by chance? If so,
using the Proposed booking type will not remove the tasks from each user's
View My Tasks page in PWA. The only way to remove those administrative
tasks is to save the project as an .mpp file and then delete it from the
Project Server database. Let us know if this helps.
